TransLayer 3776 is a smartphone application provided by Lab 3776. This policy explains how user information is handled within the app.

2. Information Collected and Purpose of Use

2.1 Screen capture and translation features

To translate text shown on the device screen, the app uses Android screen capture features, including MediaProjection API, and temporarily accesses screen image data.

Purpose: OCR and translation processing.

Handling: Screen data is processed temporarily in memory for translation. It is not stored on Lab 3776 servers and is not shared for unrelated purposes.

For translation quality, text recognition may rely on trusted third-party services such as Google Cloud Vision API. Data used for processing is discarded after completion.

2.2 Advertising (AdMob)

The app uses Google AdMob to support operation and maintenance. AdMob may automatically collect information such as advertising identifiers, cookies, and approximate location data in accordance with Google policies.

3. Personal Information

Except for the processing described above and ad delivery by AdMob, the app does not collect or store personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
